南美螺(Ampullaria gigas)对3种农药的耐受力

【摘要】 南美螺对 3种农药 (杀虫双、三唑磷、井岗霉素 )的耐受力研究 .结果表明 :1)采用直接喷药的方法比间接喷药的方法对南美螺的危害较大 .经X2 检验 ,直接喷药组的X2 值为 :6 .330 8,接近临界值 7.815 ,而间接喷药组和空白对照的X2 值较小 ,分别为 :0 .6 44 8和 0 .9175 .2 )混合使用两种农药比单独使用一种农药对南美螺的危害更大 .3种农药比较 :井岗霉素对南美螺无影响 (死亡率与对照相同 ,均为 5 .6 % ) ;杀虫双和三唑磷单独间接喷药无影响 ,直接喷药有一定的影响 (死亡率为 11.1% ) ,混合喷药影响较为严重 (死亡率为 33.3% ) .

【Abstract】 The patience of Ampullaria gigas disposed with three pes ticides (bisul tap,triazophos, validamycin A). The results are as follows. 1. Sprinkling the pe sticides in a direct way is more harmful to Ampullaria gigas than an indirec t way. (Statistic results show: In the direct way group, the X2 is 6.330? 8 th at is near the critical point, 7.815. But the X2 of the indirect way group and the control group are smaller. They are 0.644?8 and 0.917?5 respectively.) 2. Sprinkling th e two pesticides by blending is more harmful to Ampullaria gigas than sprink ling one only. Comparing the three pesticides, we can see that: Validamycin A has no effects on Ampullaria gigas (The dead rate is 5.6% which is the same as the control group); bisultap and triazophos have no effects on Ampullaria gigas if we sprinkle them separately in an indirect way; but they have some effects i f we sprinkle them in a direct way (The dead rate is 11.1%); the effects are mor e serious if we sprinkle the two pesticides by blending (The dead rate is 33.3%) .
