纳米WO3气敏材料的制备与表征
The Synthesis and Characterization of Nanosized WO3 Gas-Sensing Material
【摘要】 本文用沉淀法制得了 xwt% Si O2 +WO3(x=3,10 ,15 ,2 0 )纳米粉体 ,对其进行了 XRD物相分析 ,以TEM观察其形貌并测得平均粒径 ,并与烧结法制得的纯 WO3纳米粉体进行比较 ,结果表明 :沉淀法可获得单斜晶系和三斜晶系共存的 WO3纳米粉体 ,晶粒尺寸随 Si O2 掺杂量增加而减小 ,所得粉体粒径范围为 2 0 - 30 nm ,粒度均匀 .
【Abstract】 Nano-powders of xwt% SiO 2+ WO 3(x=3,10,15,20) were prepared by means of deposition method and were compared with the pure WO 3 prepared by means of sinter method. The microstructure was characterized through XRD and TEM. It was observed that the nano-sized monoclinic and triclinic phase of WO 3 formed together and the grain size decreased with the increasing adulterate quantity of SiO 2. The average grain size of powders is about 20-30nm and the granularity is uniform.
