【Abstract】 Based on making an investigation of the begging group and paying a visit to the departments concerned, this thesis, which is through sorting out the document materials, analyzes the status of our country’s begging phenomenon, developing tendency, public attitudes towards the begging group at present. It also probes into not only the causes of the phenomenon’s emergence, existence and development, but also its ensuing harms and effects, putting forward all kinds of trains of thought, countermeasure, and suggestions to solve the problem.
