【Abstract】 Bills’ Form is that the drawer must or may write down records on the bills according to the regulations of Bills’ Law. The regulations of law in each nation are different, so it causes conflicts of law. In order to solve the problems, usually, each nation uses lex loci actus and lex cause of actions of law.
