【Abstract】 The tidal wave of globalization has become an inevitable movement. It has been deeply influencing the education in our country. It brings us not only advanced theories, experiences and techniques on education, but also infiltration of value idea from the West. Therefore we should possess a kind of consciousness in culture, to insist on the Chinese culture standpoint, to insist on localization of education along with its globalization. Our education should possess open consciousness and acute recept ability in culture, to cultivate the citizens with global personality.
