【Abstract】 Objective To explore the active level and significance of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in the seurm of patients with epilepsy.Methods Evaluate the active level and signification of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in the seurm of 100 patients with epilepsy with the chemical colorimetry.Rusults The active level and signification of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in the seurm of patients with epilepsy at interval is significantly higher than that of control group(P<0 01). Conclusions Nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase play an important role in the pathology course of epilepsy.更多还原
