辛伐他汀对高胆固醇喂养大鼠血清一氧化氮含量的影响

【摘要】 通过观察内源性胆固醇合成抑制剂辛伐他汀(Simvastatin)对高胆固醇喂养大鼠血清一氧化氮含量的影响,以探讨其抗动脉粥样硬化的机理.结果表明,喂养8周后实验大鼠与喂养前相比,大鼠的体质量、胆固醇、一氧化氮均有显著的提高(P<0 01).其中辛伐他汀干预组胆固醇水平低于对照组,而一氧化氮含量高于对照组(P<0 05).结果提示辛伐他汀能够降低血清胆固醇的含量,提高大鼠血清一氧化氮的浓度,可能是其抗动脉粥样硬化的机理之一.

【Abstract】 The effect of endogenetic cholesterol synthetic inhibitor on the blood serum content of nitric oxide(NO)was observed in hyperlipemia model rats in order to investigate the mechanism of anti-atherosclerosis. Experimental hyperlipemia models rats were established at first, which were divided into two groups: the Simvastatin intervention group and the contrast group. It is observed that after 8 weeks’ feeding, rats in both groups had significant increases in weight, cholesterol concentration, and nitric oxide concentration. But the cholesterol concentration of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, and the NO concentration of the Simvastatin intervention group was higher than that of the control group. These results suggest that the decrease of the cholesterol concentration and the raise of the NO concentration in rats’s serum,could be one of the probable mechanism of anti-atherosclerosis.
