基于PC机的磁共振微成象系统研制

【摘要】 在常规核磁共振谱仪上自行设计和研制了一套磁共振微成象系统.改装谱仪的选择激发单元,制作梯度场放大器、梯度场线圈,改造探头.由基于IBMPC的主控计算机负责脉冲序列波形产生、软脉冲波形产生、数据处理、图像重建以及成象实验的协调和控制.配合谱仪进行了自旋回波脉冲序列的成象实验,获得了较高质量的质子密度图像.该成象系统制作成本低、实验参数改变方便,适合于在未带成象功能的磁共振谱仪上进行成象技术研究.

【Abstract】 An NMR micro-imaging system was developed on a conventional NMR spectrometer. The system is composed of a modified selective excitation unit, a micro-imaging probe, a pulse-field-gradient amplifier and a control computer. The control computer based on an IBM compatible personal computer is in charge of field-gradient waveform generating, shaped-pulse waveform generating, data processing, image reconstructing and coordination controlling of the imaging experiment. The imaging experiment of spin-echo pulse-sequence was accomplished and images of good quality were obtained by using the homemade NMR micro-imaging system. The low-cost system is fit for the research on micro-imaging technique for a NMR spectrometer without imaging capacity.
