【摘要】 在对广东省不同区域产业结构高度化状况、人口文化素质及全省各年度就业结构与产业结构偏离程度进行比较后认为 :全省就业结构和产业结构偏离程度仍然居高 ,劳动力的产业间、区域间流动近年来遇到阻力 ,珠三角和山区及东西两翼的产业结构、就业结构及人口素质变化已出现明显分异 .人口素质和经济发展水平、产业结构及就业结构水平互为因果 ,因此这种分异加大了缩小区域经济不平衡的难度 .更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the regional height degree of industrial structure, population quality and yearly deviate degree between employment structure and industrial structure of Guangdong Province,its was concluded that the deviate degree between employment structure and industrial structure is still serious, the mobility of labor force between industries and regions was restrained in recent years, and the obvious regional differentiation has already appeared in the industrial structure, employment structure and population quality between the Pearl River Delta area, the mountain area and both wings of Guangdong Province. The population quality, economic development level, industrial and employment structure act as the cause and effect of each other. As a result, this kind of differentiation has strengthened the difficulties of resolving the problem of uneven regional economy between different areas.更多还原
