【摘要】 对近年河南省出现的黄瓜靶斑病的症状进行了系统观察 ,研究了该病菌的形态特征、培养性状和生物学特性。结果表明 ,黄瓜靶斑病菌生长适温为 3 0℃左右 ,产孢适温为 2 5℃ ,分生孢子萌发适温为 3 0℃。病菌生长和孢子萌发的pH值以 5～ 6为宜。孢子形成和萌发需要高湿。光照能促进菌丝的生长 ,但对孢子的产生有抑制作用。同时进行了室内药剂敏感性测定和田间药效试验 ,初步调查了病害发生因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The symptom of the leaf spot caused by fungal pathogen of Corynespora cassiicola occured in Henan province these years was observed and described systemly including the morphological features,culture character and biological characeristic. The results show that the optimal temperate of the hypha grown is 30 ℃,that of spore production is 25 ℃,and that of spore germination is 30 ℃.The optimal pH value about hypha grown and spore germination are 5-6.The germination rate and production of spore were the highest in water drop .The hypha growth is stimulated but the production of spore is restrained by the light.The factor of disease was investigated.更多还原
