【摘要】 从豫、鲁、冀接壤地区部分肉鸡场送检的病料中分离出 49株大肠杆菌 ,确定 42株菌分属1 1个血清型 ,其中O2 、O78、O1 、O74、O1 1 为主要血清型 ,分别占分离株的 2 6.2 % ,1 9.0 % ,1 1 .9% ,9.5 %和 9.5 % ,表明该地区血清型复杂。药敏试验表明 ,所分离的 49株大肠杆菌对丁胺卡那霉素、头孢曲松、头孢噻呋最敏感 ,高敏菌株达 94%～ 1 0 0 % ,可作为防治肉鸡大肠杆菌病的首选药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 strains E.Coli were separated from the disease meterals of several table chicken feeding factories in the contiguous area of Henan,Shandong and Hebei provinces,and 42 strains were confirmed as belonging to 11 serum types.The chief serum types are O 2,O 78 ,O 1,O 74 ,and O 11 ,with the percentage of 26.2%,19.0%,11.9%,9.5% and 9.5% resp,which indicated the complexity of serum types in this area.The testing of sensitivity to drugs,showed that the 49 separated strains of E.Coli are most Sensitivity to amikain ceftriaxone and cefotaxime,with the high sensitive strains reaching 94%-100%.So they can be the chief choosed drugs to prevent and cure this epidemic disease.更多还原
