番茄子叶再生系统的初步研究
A Preliminary Study on Cotyledon Regenerating System of Tomato
【摘要】 以番茄品种中蔬6号为试材,对种子表面消毒条件、子叶分化培养基及该品种对卡那霉素和头孢菌素的天然耐性进行了初步研究。结果表明:适宜的表面消毒条件为0.2%升汞2min。以子叶为外植体,适宜的分化培养基为MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L。在中蔬6号的遗传转化中,卡那霉素和头抱菌素的抑菌浓度分别以10,400 mg/L为宜。
【Abstract】 The preliminary studies on seed surface sterilizing condition, cotyledon differentiation medium and the natural tolerance of Kanamycin and Cephalosporin, with tomato variety Zhong-shu 6 as tested material showed that the optimum seed surface sterilizing condition is 2 min 0.2% mercury. The best optimum medium for callus differentiation and bud regeneration is MS + 6-BA 1 mg/L+ IAA 0.2 mg/L. The appropriate concentration of Kanamycin and Cephalosporin were 10 mg/L and 400 mg/L in genetic transformation of Zhongshu 6.
