【摘要】 用浸渍法以40% 乐果乳油对瓜蚜(Aphisgossypii)成虫进行毒力测定和繁殖力的影响试验。结果表明:瓜蚜对乐果反应极不敏感,LC50值851.13 μg/mL;800 μg/mL、400 μg/mL的乐果溶液对瓜蚜的繁殖力有明显的抑制作用;200 μg/mL的乐果溶液对瓜蚜繁殖力的影响不明显;100 μg/mL的乐果溶液对瓜蚜的繁殖力有微弱的增殖作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the dipping method, an experiment was conducted with 40% dimethoate emulsifiable solution to bioassay its toxicity to aphis gossypii. The results showed that aphis gossyphii was highly insensitive to dimethoate; the LC50 of 40% emulsifiable concentrate solution was 851.13 μg/mL.According to the experiment, the 40% emulsifiable concentrate solution of 800 μg/mL and 400 μg/mL could inhibit the productivity of aphis gossypii, and the 40% emulsifiable concentrate solution exerted no obvious influence in the case of 200 μg/mL and only a slight stimulating influence in the case of 100 μg/mL on the productivity of aphis gossypii.更多还原
