用石墨炉法测定及对比研究抗生素及其替代品饲喂的鸡肉中镍含量

【摘要】 选用18只分3组处理(分别在鸡、狗日粮中添加蜂胶、芦荟粉和金霉素)的45d龄肉鸡、60d龄狗,停药(金霉素)12h取样,对比研究抗生素及其替代品对其镍含量的影响。用石墨炉原子吸收法测定出用蜂胶、芦荟粉和金霉素饲喂的3组鸡(狗)肉中镍含量无显著性差异。

【Abstract】 Eighteen broilers at 45 days of age (dogs at 60 days of age) were treated with propolis,aloe and chlorotetracycline, respectively.Samples were taken samples for the comparative research of Nickel adding antibiotics and its substitute to broiler (dog) feed when chlorotetracycline had been fed 12 hours.The Nickel quantities within broilers (dogs) fed with propolis. aloe and chlorotetracycline,according to Graphite fumace atomic absorption spectrophotometry were not remarkable in statistics with ANOVA.
