不同品种的黄花菜鲜干花营养成分比较
The Nutritious Comparision and Analysis of Fresh Daylily and Dried Daylily in Defferent Breeds
【摘要】 采用国标测定方法 ,对不同品种的鲜黄花菜和干黄花菜的 Ca,Fe,P,Mn维生素 C等营养成分进行了分析比较 .结果表明 :鲜黄花菜的脂肪和维生素 C含量高于干黄花菜 ,而蛋白质和其他微量元素的含量均低于干黄花菜 .在所测定的 4个品种中 ,冲天花和猛子花的蛋白质、糖类、Ca,Fe含量较高 ,且黄花菜的营养成分含量与香菇、木耳、冬笋的相比具有较大优势 .
【Abstract】 With an adoption of national standard method,this experiment is an attempt to compare the content of Ca,Fe,P,Mn,Vc,protein,glucide,fat,water,ash,and fiber in different kinds of fresh daylilies or dried daylilies, such as Changzuizi,Bai,Chongtian and Mengzi.Results show that the contents of Vc or fat of the fresh daylily higher than that of dried daylily, But the protein and other microelements are lower than that of dried daylily. Among the four breeds, Chongtian daylily and Mengzi daylily are better than other breeds in protein,glucide,Ca,Fe.By comparative analysis of nutritional content of the fresh daylily and dried daylily,this experiment reference basis for the improvement of daylily breeds and their further development.
