【摘要】 为了给复方白毛藤制剂有效成分含量检测提供有效方法,采用紫外分光光度法测定了复方白毛藤注射液中硫酸黄连素的含量.结果表明,在332nm波长处硫酸黄连素的吸收度与药物浓度呈良好线性关系,其回归系数为0.9990,被测样品中硫酸黄连素回收率为98.76%,变异系数为0.77%,硫酸黄连素的含量在24h内稳定性好.更多还原

【Abstract】 A UV method is applied to the deferomination of the content of berberine sulphate in compound solanum lyratum. Injections so as to mantain effective way for content of the preparation. The results indicate that there is a good linearity (r=0.999 0) between absorptivity and drug concentration when the detective wavelength is 332 nm. The recovery of the method is 98.76%, and RSD 0.77%. The content of berberine sulphate is constant within 24 h.更多还原
