【摘要】 为建立南方亚麻天然水沤法脱胶技术体系,通过不同水源、温度、pH值、浴比、化学助剂的脱胶试验,研究了外界因子对亚麻天然水沤法脱胶的影响.结果表明,亚麻天然水沤麻以果胶分解菌含量丰富的池塘水,在30～35℃,浴比1∶20～25,pH7.0～7.5为最佳,加入1.5%～2.0%的尿素能够显著提高果胶酶的活性,加快沤麻进程.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to establish the technical system of natural water retting of flax in south China, major external factors of natural water retting of flax , such as water quality, temperature, pH , ratio of flax stem to water and chemistry regeant,are all studied in this paper. The results show that the best effect can be obtained under the conditions as follows: pond water abundant in decomposingpectin bacteria, water temperature 30～35 ℃, ratio of flax stem to water 1∶20～25 and pH7.0～7.5. Urea added into retting water by 1.5%～2.0% of flax stem can obviously improve the activity of pectinase and speed up flax retting.更多还原
