【摘要】 为明确辣椒种质资源的遗传基础,利用RAPD技术对来自不同生态环境不同类型的辣椒种质资源亲缘关系进行了研究.从160个随机引物中筛选9个用于PCR反应,88.68%的扩增条带表现多态性,聚类分析结果表明,46份辣椒种质资源可分为六大类,DNA分子水平上辣椒亲缘关系与传统方法研究结论基本一致.更多还原

【Abstract】 The relative relationship of different types of pepper germplasm resources in various ecology environment is studied by RAPD technology.Polymorphics is reflected in 88.68% of amplified bands from 9 random primers selected from 160 employed in this experiment.46 pepper germplasm resources can be classified into 6 groups by cluster analysis and the relative relationship by RAPD technology is similar to traditional methods.更多还原
