【摘要】 文章以新制度经济学理论为基础,通过揭示腐败链状现象,初步构建“腐前-腐中-腐后”反腐败制度链系统。认为,反腐败的制度建设,必然要求与之相关的制度协同跟进,制度链中某一环节缺失会严重制约反腐效率,甚至诱发新的腐败行为。因此,现阶段我国腐败的根源在于制度建设,提高反腐败成效的关键在于制度链的协同完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theories of new institutional economics, an institutional chain of anti - corruption is preliminarily constructed by analyzing the chain of corruption, including pre - corrupting, mid - corrupting and post - corrupting. This article holds that the institution construction of anti - corruption requires synergetic follow - up of relative institutions. If some institutional parts or links are destroyed, the efficiency of anti - corruption will be seriously restricted, even new corruption will be induced. Therefore , at present stage, the institution construction is the deep - rooted cause of corruption in our country, and the key of improving the efficiency of anti - corruption lies in synergetic development of the institutional chain.更多还原
