姜黄色素吸附精制的数学模型
Mathematical Model of Curcumin Adsorption Purification
【摘要】 研究了D4 0 2 0吸附剂吸附姜黄色素的吸附等温线和吸附柱流出曲线 ,并用数学模型对其进行了摸拟 .D4 0 2 0吸附姜黄色素的等温线可用Freundlich方程拟合 ,在 2 5℃时 ,通过线性回归得方程系数kf=0 .31 5 2 ,指数nf=0 .74 43.用常微分法对流出曲线模型求数值解 ,得到的理论流出曲线与实验结果吻合良好 .
【Abstract】 The adsorption isotherm and effluent curves of curcumin solution on a column packed with D4020 adsorbent were studied and simulated by a mathematical model. It is shown that the adsorption isotherm curves can be fitted by Freundlich equation. The coefficient k f of the equation is 0.315 2 and the exponent n f is 0.744 3 at 25 ℃ by linear regression. The mathematical model was solved numerically by ordinary differential method to describe the effluent curves, and the theoretical results fit the experimental results well.
