【摘要】 采用超声波法制备包封色素脂质体 ,并使其能与乙肝抗体蛋白交联生成具有检测诊断功能的抗体交联脂质体 .研究结果表明 ,用超声波法制备出来的脂质体包封色素效果较好 ,色素包封率为 0 6 1% ;以戊二醛为交联剂将脂质体与乙肝抗体蛋白交联后所制备的脂质体 ,采用ELISA法进行检测 ,有活性 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The dye-encapsulating liposome which is prepared by ultrasonic wave can be used in immunodiagnostic application after cross-linked with anti-HbsAg antibodies. The results show that the dye-encapsulating liposomes prepared by ultrasonic wave method are circular and stable. The ratio of encapsulated-dye is 0.61%. And the activity of the anti-HbsAg antibody cross-linked liposomes in which glutaraldehyde was as crosslinker has been detected by ELISA methlod.更多还原
