成型中固体输送段聚合物的计算机层析测量(英文)
Polymer Measurement in Solid Conveying with Computed Tomography
【摘要】 提出了对成型中固体输送段聚合物进行计算机层析图像测量的新方法 .该方法综合运用核物理学、光电子学、高分子物理、计算机技术和数学知识 ,通过γ_射线的光子流与聚合物原子、聚合物链段相互作用所产生的光电效应、康普顿效应和电子对效应 ,来图像化地测量固体输送段的聚合物形态 .实验结果表明 ,利用该方法不仅能对处于密闭空间的聚合物形态进行非破坏性在线测量 ,而且可以推导出固体输送段聚合物形态与其性能的关系
【Abstract】 This paper presents the image measurement and analysis method with computed tom ography for polymer in solid conveying. It utilizes the knowledge of nuclear phy sics, photo_electricity, polymer physics, computer technology a nd mathematics synthetically, the polymer morphology in solid co nveying can be visually obtained by the interaction of polymer atom or po lymer chain and the photon beam caused by γ_ray, in which the photoemission, Compton effect and electron pair effect will be generated. The experimental res ults indicate the method can not only measure the deformation and morphology of polymer in the way of non_open, non_destroy and on_line, but also find the relationship between the morphology and the mechanical properties of polym er in solid conveying.
