【Abstract】 This pasage introduce the state and resalt that we use Scan Electrical Microscope(SEM) and the method of Electricalprobe Micro Analysis(EMA) to analyse and study the distribution of particle’s diameter of the city’s source of dust and the characteristic of its shape and appearance.
