【摘要】 采用薄层色谱法对中华大蒜油软胶囊及大蒜药材进行了薄层鉴别,对砷盐及重金属进行了限量检查,考察了不同产地大蒜化学成分的异同。结果表明:薄层鉴别色谱分离清晰,斑点颜色明显;重金属低于10ppm,砷盐低于2ppm;不同大蒜药材化学成分基本一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 To identify the capsule of zhonghua garlic oil and garlic by TLC and to determine the capsule of zhonghua garlic oil’s content of heavy metal and arsenic salt,the result shows that TLC is clear and good,the content of Heavy metal is less than 10ppm and the content of arsenic salt is less than 2ppm.更多还原
