【Abstract】 This paper talks about the variance on modern English tense. In modern English, the structure of grammar is rather stable. But with the history’s devel opment,English grammar also has some changes. For example, the verb tense gets s ome new meanings, and some new usages, and also has some changes in emoti on and tone.
