聚乙二醇800催化合成对硝基茴香醚的研究
Study on Catalytic Synthesis of p-Nitroanisole by Polyethylene Glycol-800
【摘要】 以聚乙二醇 80 0作为相转移催化剂合成对硝基茴香醚。研究了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量等对反应的影响。结果表明 ,甲醇用量为 2 0mL ,对硝基氯苯与氢氧化钠物质的量比为 1∶2 .5 ,催化剂用量为 1g ,反应时间为3h ,产物收率最高
【Abstract】 p -Nitroanisole is synthesized with polyethylene glycol-800 as phase transfer catalyst. The influence of factors, such as raw material formulation, reaction time, dosage of catalyst etc. on the reaction is studied. The optimal condition is found as follows: dosage of methanol 20mL; molar ratio of p -nitrochlorobenzene to sodium hydroxide 1∶2.5; ammount of catalyst used 1g; reaction time 3h. Under the optimal condition, the highest yield can be obtained.
