镍锍试金富集—中子活化分析测定地质样品中的铂族元素
Determination of Platinum Group Elements of Geological Samples by Preconcentration of Nickel Sulfur Assay-Neutron Activation Analysis
【摘要】 对氧化镍进行提纯,对试金扣的粉化性能进行了研究,用中子活化分析测定了地质样品中的铂族元素,全 流程回收率在94%以上。对GBW07290进行了12次全流程测定,铂族元素的RSD为4%~9.8%,对不同的标样进 行了测定,测定结果与标准值基本吻合。
【Abstract】 Nickel oxide is purified and pulverization property of nickel button is studied. The method of determination of platinum group elements (PGE) based on neutron activation analysis (NAA) is established. The rate of recovery of PGE is over 94% . The precision (RSD) of GBW07290 is 4% - 9.8% ( n = 12). The analytical results of some geological standard materials are all in accordance with the certified values.
