固体超强酸催化合成水杨酸正丁酯
Synthesis of n-Butyl Salicylate with Solid Superacid Catalyst
【摘要】 用固体超强酸SO2 -4/Fe2 O3 -TiO2 为催化剂 ,实现了水杨酸和正丁醇反应合成水杨酸正丁酯。最佳合成条件为n(醇 )∶n(酸 ) =2 .0∶1,催化剂用量为酸质量的 5 % ,反应时间为 4 .5h ,酯化率可达 96 %。催化剂具有容易回收并可循环使用、不污染环境等优点。
【Abstract】 Salicylic acid is reacted with n-butyl alcohol to form n-butyl salicylate with solid superacid SO 2- 4/Fe 2O 3-TiO 2 as catalyst. The optimal conditions are as follows : molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to salicylic acid is 2.0∶1, reaction time of reflux 4.5 h, mass of catalyst 5% of salicylic acid. The yield of n-butyl salicylate reaches 96%. The catalyst has many advantages such as easy to be recovered,can be used repeatly, less pollution etc.
