载体碱KOH-Al2O3催化合成香茅腈
The Synthesis of Citronellynitrile from Citronellal with Carrier Alkali KOH-Al2O3 as Catalyst.
【摘要】 研究了以载体碱KOH Al2O3作催化剂的香茅腈合成工艺,考察多种因素对收率的影响,并通过L4(23)正交实验得出了优惠工艺条件:催化剂用量为4%,在120℃温度下反应2 5h,收率为80 4%。
【Abstract】 The preparating process of citronellynitrile was studied from citronellal by using carrier alkali as catalyst . The factors effecting the yield were investigated. Through orthogonal experiment, the optimum process conditions were carrier alkali about 4% to citronellal and reaction for 2.5?h at 120?℃. Obtained, and that is using as follow: The yield of the reaction is 80.4%.
