【Abstract】 The analysis method of bromamine acid was studied with RPIP HPLC. Chromatographic conditions are with methanol water was mobile phase, tetramethylammonium bromide as ion pair reagent, 2 naphthol as internal standard, and UV detection at 240nm. The method gives a linear range of O～0.18mg/mL and a coefficient of variation of 0.26%～0.81%.更多还原
