固体超强酸SO42--ZrO2-MoO3催化合成α-萘乙酸甲酯
Synthesis of Meythyl α-Naphthylacetate with Solid Superacid SO42--ZrO2-MoO3 as Catalyst
【摘要】 以固体超强酸SO2 -4-ZrO2 -MoO3 为催化剂合成α 萘乙酸甲酯 ,考察了MoCO3含量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等制备条件对催化剂性能的影响。同时还讨论了酯化反应时间、催化剂用量以及原料醇酸质量之比对酯化率的影响。在优惠反应条件下 ,α 萘乙酸甲酯的转化率为 83 8%。
【Abstract】 Methyl α naphthylacetate was synthesized with solid superacid SO 2- 4 ZrO 2 MoO 3 as catalyst.The factors of influencing catalytic activity were investigated,such as the amount of MoCO 3,calcination temprature,time tec.The conditions of the esterifiocation reaction were studied at the same time.The conversion is 83.8% at the optimum conditions.
