间接分光光度法测定试剂盐酸中的微量氟
Determination of Trace Fuluorine in Reagent Hydrochloric Acid by Indirect Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 研究了在一定的酸性条件下 ,氟与锆生成稳定的无色络合物 ,使相对性较差的锆—二甲酚橙络合物的红色褪去 ,从而间接测定了试剂盐酸中的微量氟 ,该溶液的最大吸收波长为 5 35nm ,5 0ml体系里含氟量在 0~ 2 5 μg范围内测定结果呈现很好的线性关系。氟回收率在 98 8%~ 10 0 5 %,相对标准偏差为 3 5 %。
【Abstract】 An indirect spectrophotometry was introduced to determine trace amounts of fluorine in chemical reagent hydrochloric acid.In a certain acid solution,fluoride ion reacted with zirconium ion into a stable colorless complex compound,which made less stable Zr-xylenol orange red comples compound fade.So we can indirectly determine trace amounts of fluorine in reagent hydrochloric acid.The sample solution has a maximum absorption band at 535nm. The results of determination show a very good liner relationship between absorption and concentration of the solution(0~25μg F -/50ml).The recovery of fluorine is 98.8%~100.5%, and the RSD is 3.5%.
