【摘要】 中国乡村社会法治秩序的建构 ,是中国实行社会主义法治的重要组成部分。但要真正实现这一目标 ,需要充分考虑乡村社会的实际 ,即我国乡村社会目前正处于特殊历史转型时期和特殊的地理环境之中 ,特殊的经济、政治、文化因素决定了中国乡村社会法治秩序的建构不可能是一系列静止的规范体系的组合 ,而是一个不断运动演化的过程。从现实情况来看 ,中国乡村社会法治秩序建构的内部要素与外部环境均不够完善 ,还存在各种阻碍法治秩序建构的因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of law rule system in China’s rural society is an important part of implementing socialistic rule of law in China.However,if we want to realize this aim,we need to think fully of the practice of rural society.That is to say,our country is in special historic transformation times and geographic situations.Special economic,political and cultural elements determine that the construction is not likely to be a series of static combination of static combination of standard systems but a dynamic changing process.From realistic situations,the internal elements and external circumstances of its construction are not complete and there still exist all kinds of obstacles against the law rule system.更多还原
