【摘要】 在传统的教育思想的指导下 ,虽然我们也培养出一代代出类拔萃的人才 ,但传统的教育体制、教育内容、教育方式已无法适应形势发展的需要。中国高校实施素质教育是社会可持续发展对高等教育提出的必然要求 ,是知识经济发展的必然要求 ,是现代科技发展的必然要求 ,是人的全面发展的必然要求。社会发展的终极目标是每个人全面而自由的发展 ,因此 ,中国高校的素质教育 ,应该在培养人的能力方面下大的功夫更多还原
