改变贫困村面貌的对策与实践
The Countermeasures and Practices to Change Poor Villages
【摘要】 本文以梁营村为研究对象 ,分析了在新形势下贫困村存在的问题 ,提出了改变落后面貌的对策
【Abstract】 Take the village of Liang Ying as an object of study, this paper analysed the problems existed in poor villages under the new situation and pointed out the countermeasures to change this backward condition.
