一种监测笼型感应电动机转子断条故障的新方法
A New Method for Detecting Broken Rotor Bars in Cage Induction Motors
【摘要】 电机断电后 ,如果有导条断裂 ,转子磁通在定子绕组中的感应电压将直接受到影响 .根据这一特点 ,提出了一种诊断笼型感应电动机转子断条的新方法 ,即通过分析定子绕组中感应电压高次谐波的变化来确定转子断条故障 .与其他方法相比 ,该方法能消除三相电压不平衡以及电机磁饱和等现象对故障监测所造成的影响 .仿真与试验结果证明了该方法的有效性 .
【Abstract】 When the motor is disconnected from the supply, the induced voltages in the stator windings will be affected directly in the case of any broken bar. Based on it, a new method was proposed to detect the broken rotor bars according to the high order harmonic induced voltage in the stator windings. Compared to other methods, it can overcome the effects caused by supply unbalance and magnetic saturation. The simulation and the test results prove its effectiveness.
