【摘要】 介绍“十五”期间湖南电网结构特点及分层分区的主要研究成果。首先从分析湖南电网现有的特点及存在的问题出发 ,提出电网规划发展战略主要原则 ;其次通过对“十五”期间电网演变过程 ,比较分析 5 0 0 /2 2 0 k V电网开环前后的输送能力、稳定水平及变电站母线的短路容量 ,对规划电网存在的合理性及不足之处有更深刻全面的认识 ,并展望 2 0 1 0年湖南电网分层分区条件以及具体实施意见更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the major researching achivements on Hunan power network structure,aits voltage grading and district dividing from the period of “the fifteenth planning” to the year 2010. Based on the analyses of the existing characteristics and problems of Hunan power network, the main principle for the power network strategic planning is put forward. The power network of each evolving phase from the period of “the fifteenth planning” to the year 2010 is investigated in detail in capability with and without 500/220kV electromagnetic loops. The deep and full understanding of on rationality and insufficiency of the planned power network is achieved. The main engineering projects to be urgently carried out in the network construction during the period is put forward. The conditions for realizing the voltage grading and district dividing in the network and the specific measures for its implementation are suggested at the end.更多还原
