【Abstract】 The paper gives a survey of current human resources development in Chinese hotels, including problems and deeprooted causes concerned. Based on that, it recommends the strategy and measures to counteract the problems, and proposes a tentative model for development of human resources in hotels, which is marked by the integrated efforts from the public sector, the education sector and the hotel industry.更多还原
