纳米TiO2对K1K点火药点火能力的影响
Effect of Nano-TiO2 on Igniting Strength of K1K Ignition Mixture
【摘要】 利用纳米TiO2对K1K点火药进行了改性研究,分别用雷管冲量测量法和铅板炸孔法试验评估了改进效果。当点火药量降低到原雷管极限点火药量一半时,含有纳米材料的点火药仍能引爆雷管,点火药的点火能力随纳米材料含量的增加而增加。
【Abstract】 The igniting strength of K1K is modified by the addition of nanoTiO2. The impulse measurement and the lead disc test are employed to evaluate the effectiveness of the modification. When the dosage of ignition mixture is reduced to half of the minimum usage in common detonator, K1K with nanoTiO2 can still ignite detonator while K1K cannot. The results show that nanoTiO2 can increase igniting strength of K1K and the igniting strength increases with the content of nanoTiO2.
