CaCl₂作絮凝剂处理棉浆黑液的研究

【摘要】在用传统PAC和PAM配合使用处理棉黑液的基础上 ,先用投入量为 16 0mg/L的CaCl2 处理 ,再增加 5 %的PAM用量 ,可使原CODCr含量为 3795 1mg/L棉浆浓黑液的CODCr去除率从 72 .6 3%提高到 82 .0 2 % ,实验证明这种方法是有效、经济、可行的更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses CaCl 2 as flocculation-aid in the pretreatment of cotton pulping black liquor with PAC and PAM treatment. The results indicate that the removal rate of COD Cr of the black liquor with COD Cr 3795mg/L can reach 82.02% with CaCl 2 (160mg/L) pretreatment and increasing 5% dosage of PAM. The experiment proves that the method is effective, economical and feasible.更多还原
