造纸机横幅定量模糊控制器的设计
Design Cross Direction Ration Fuzzy Controller in Paper machine
【摘要】 基于通用型单片机设计造纸机横幅定量模糊控制器。应用于普通开启式流浆箱、气垫式流浆箱上 ,可以快速准确地在线自动调整纸页的横幅定量 ,使纸页的横幅定量差控制在± 1.5 %
【Abstract】 The paper designs a Fuzzy Controller basing on MC S96 single-chip microcomputer and summation of human operation experience.It can be applied in unseal head box, alternative head box automatic adjusting paper c ross direction ration on-line.The different paper cross direction ration is cont rolled in ±1.5%.
