【摘要】 目的　观察阿霉素三日给药法或一日给药法治疗多种晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效及不良反应。方法　阿霉素 15～ 2 0mg/m2 ,静脉推注 ,第 1～ 3天或 5 0mg/m2 ,静脉推注 ,第 1天 ,每 3周为一疗程 ,并同时与其他抗癌药物联合化疗。结果　 168例患者完成了 2个疗程以上的联合化疗 ,其中 10 4例接受阿霉素每疗程连三日给药法 ,64例患者接受阿霉素每疗程一日给药法化疗。阿霉素三日给药法化疗组的总有效率为 46 2 % ,阿霉素一日给药法化疗组的总有效率为 46 9%。阿霉素化疗的不良反应 :骨髓抑制、恶性呕吐等消化道反应和脱发的发生率 ,两组较为接近 ,但三日法化疗组病人的心电图改变比一日法组少见。结论　阿霉素三日给药法与一日法化疗的疗效相似 ,但三日给药法的不良的反应较轻 ,心脏毒性较小 ,病人宜于耐受更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of adriamycin given for three days or one day to patients with a varierty of advanced malignancies.Methods Adriamycin was administered by iv bolus at the dose of 15～20 mg/m 2 the first three days or at the dose of 50 mg/m 2 the first day combined with other chemotherapeutic agents,and a course of treatment includes three weeks.Results One hundred and sixty-eight patients received 2 or more than 2 cycles of combination chemotherapy,of whom 104 Patients received adriamycin chemotherapy for three days continually every course of treatment and 64 Patients received adriamycin chemotherapy for one day every course of treatment.The overall response rate for patients treated with adriamycin for three days was 46.2%,and for one day was 46.9%.The toxicities associated with chemotherapy were as follows:digestive responses including myelosuppression,nausea, vomiting and the incidence of alopecia with three-day schedule which was similar to that with one-day schedule.However,the former changes of the patients′ electrocardiogram were less common than the latterones.Conclusions The efficacy of three-day adriamycin chemotherapy is similar to that of one-day adriamycin chemotherapy.Adriamycin given as a three-day schedule is associated with tolerable toxicity and reduced incidence of cardiotoxicity.更多还原
