【摘要】 目的　比较去甲长春花碱 (NVB)联合铂类方案和CAP(环磷酰胺 ,阿霉素和顺铂 )方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌 (non -small -celllunfcancer ,NSCLC)的疗效与毒性。方法　统计分析用NVB联合铂类方案及CAP方案治疗的 49例晚期NSCLC临床资料。结果　NVB联合铂类方案组有效率为 48 15 % ( 13/2 7) ,其中CR 1例 ;CAP方案组有效率为 36 36% ( 8/2 2 ) ,毒性反应主要为骨髓受抑和恶心呕吐。结论　NVB联合铂类方案是治疗晚期NSCLC的一种有效、安全的化疗方案更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of NVB plus platinum protocol with CAP protocol for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods The clinical data of 79 cases with advanced NSCLC treated with NVB plus platinum (27 cases) and CAP (22 cases) were analyzed.Results The response rate was 48.15% in patients treated with NVB plus platinum,and 36.36% in those with CAP,respectively.The major toxic reactions in the two chemotherapeutic protocols for the treatment of advanced NSCLC patients.Conclusion NVB plus platinum protocol is a effective and safe chemotherapeutic protocol for the treatment of advanced NSCLC.更多还原
