【摘要】 目的 探讨腮腺癌的手术方式和治疗效果。方法 对102例腮腺癌患者的手术方式和术后放疗化疗进行跟踪随访。结果手术+放疗的五年生存率为80.9％,手术+化疗的五年生存为76.9％,无明显差异。结论 首次手术及术式的选择在腮腺癌的治疗中起着重要作用,而病理类型与预后也密切相关,鳞癌、腺癌及未分化癌预后较差,术后配合放疗化疗的综合治疗以提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the operative type and therapeutic efficacy of the parotid gland carcinoma.Methods 102 cases were followed-up for operative type and post - operative radiotherapy and chemiotherapy. Results The five - year survival rate in the groups of radiotherapy and chemiotherapy was 80.9% ,76.9% respectively.There was no significant difference.Conclusions The first operation and choosing operative type were very important for the treatment with parotid gland carcinoma. And prognosis was significantly correlated with pathological type, too. The Prognosis of squamons cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma was worse. Survival rate was improved by surgery combined with post - operative radiotherapy and chemiotherapy.更多还原
