【摘要】 目的　评价血管内超声消融在治疗慢性下肢深静脉血栓形成中的作用。方法　 5 4例慢性深静脉血栓患者接受了静脉内超声消融治疗 ,超声消融时间为 6～ 2 4min ,平均 1 2min。术后应用肝素抗凝 ,应用静脉趋动器促进血液回流。结果　 5 4例髂股静脉及静脉闭塞中 ,4 7例完全再通 ,再通率达 87% ,7例部分再通 ,部分再通率达 1 3%。 4 7例完全再通者 2 4例安放支架 ,2 3例未安放支架者 ,1 0例发生再闭塞 ,闭塞率达 4 3 5 % ,2 4例安放支架者 2例发生再闭塞 ,再闭塞率 8 3%。结论　超声消融可以再通已经闭塞的髂股静脉及静脉 ,并为进一步进行球囊扩张和安放支架创造了条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the action of intra-vascular ultrasonic ablation in treatment of chronic deep vein thrombosis (CDVT) in lower limb. Methods 54 cases of CDVT patient were treated with this method. The ablation time was from 6～24min (12 min in average). The anticoagulation with heparin and vein pump were used after operation. Results 47 cases of iliac-femoral vein vein obstruction were unobstructed in 87%, and partial unobstructed in 13%. 24 cases of 47 were placed the stunt with 2 cases obstructed and 23 cases without stunt had 10 cases obstructed. Conclusion This method could unobstruct the deep vein and make a condition for bulb dilation and stunt.更多还原
