【摘要】 目的　利用塑化液中加入碘仿治疗难治性根尖周炎 ,探讨其临床价值。方法　对 5 2例久治不愈的根尖周炎患者常规治疗后 ,在封药后肿胀、叩痛不消失的情况下 ,导入加有碘仿的塑化液 ,然后进行垫底充填。结果　治疗后跟踪 2年 ,随访有效率达 92 3%。结论　加碘仿塑化液可有效治疗难治性根尖周炎更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of molding liquid and iodoform to treat refractory periapical periodontitis. Methods 52 cases of such patient were rebased and filled with molding liquid and iodoform on the base of routine therapy at edema and pain apical. Results The effective rate was 92.3% after follow-up for 2 years. Conclusion This method could treat the refractory periapical periodontitis.更多还原
