【摘要】 目的　探讨cyclinA和CyclinE在胃癌组织中的表达及与细胞周期的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法和流式细胞仪分别检测cyclinA和cyclinE在胃癌组织中的表达和测定胃癌组织中S期细胞所占百分比。结果　cyclinA的阳性率为 71 8% (2 8/ 39) ;cyclinE的阳性率为 4 8 7% (19/ 39) ;cyclinA的阴阳性S期百分数所占的比例无显著性差异 ;cyclinE的阴阳性S期百分数所占的比例有显著性差异。它们的阴阳性与DNA的二倍体或异倍体无关 ;cyclinA和cyclinE 2者在胃癌组织中的表达有关联。结论　cyclinA在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率明显高于cyclinE ,2者在胃癌组织中的表达相关联 ,cyclinE阳性者的S期细胞比例明显高于阴性者更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of cyclin A, cyclin E and the cell cycle in the tissue of gastric carcinoma. Methods Cyclin A, cyclin E expressions were examined with immunohistochemical technique in 39 samples of gastric carcinoma tissue and the DNA contents was measured by flow cytometry. Results The expression rate of cyclin A in the tissue of gastric carcinoma was 71.8%, the cyclin E 48.7%. The SPF in cyclin E positive was significantly higher than that in cyclin E negative and there was no significantly difference between the SPFs in cyclin A positive and negative.but the expression of cyclin A in the tissue of gastric carcinoma was related with that of cyclin E. conclusion The expression rate of cyclin A waqs higher than that of cyclin E. The expressions of the two cyclins were related with each other. The SPF in cyclin E positive was significantly higher than that in cyclin E negative.更多还原
