【摘要】 目的　本文研究了患有卵巢巧克力囊肿的妇女在彩超引导下穿刺治疗后的安全性和近期疗效。方法　选择彩超检查后符合卵巢巧克力囊肿声像图并同时符合穿刺治疗条件的患者 4 5例 ,进行彩超引导下经腹或经阴道穿刺抽吸囊内液后再注入无水乙醇治疗 ,无水乙醇的治疗量相当于囊内抽吸量的 4 0 %～5 0 %。结果　 4 5例患者中 2例误诊 ,1例治疗中未能注入无水乙醇。余 4 2例经无水乙醇治疗后 2年内随访观察 ,1例复发 ,1例再发 ,余 4 0例病灶完全消失。治疗中及治疗后均未见明显副作用发生。结论　采用囊内抽吸量的 4 0 %～ 5 0 %的无水乙醇的治疗量治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿是安全的。近期疗效观察发现穿刺术后配合孕三烯酮药物治疗是完全必要的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the safety and short term curative effect of alcohol injection to "chocolate cyst" under direction of color ultrasound. Methods 45 cases of patient who had suffered "chocolate cyst" and fit for alcohol puncture was performed the alcohol injection at abdomen or vagina. The fluid of cyst was sucked out and the alcohol was injected with about half dose of the fluid. Results 2 cases were misdiagnosed, 1 case was not performed properly. 42 cases were performed successfully and followed up for 2 years. 1 relapsed and 1 re-occurent. There was no side effect during and after treatment. Conclusion This method was safe. The puncture with alcohol combined with gestrinone was necessary after short-term observation.更多还原
