激光照射牙本质后对光固化树脂充填体力学性能的影响
Effects of Laser Radiation on the Dental Pulp and the Property of Durfill
【摘要】 目的 研究脉冲Nd :YAG激光照射牙本质后 ,对光固化树脂截面强度的影响 ,探讨脉冲Nd :YAG激光在龋齿治疗中的临床应用。方法 选择因正畸而拔除的双尖牙 10颗 ,随机分为A、B 2组 ,每组 5颗。在每颗双尖牙近远中面磨成 4mm× 4mm的平面 ,A组进行激光照射后 ,在模具上进行光固化复合树脂充填。B组酸蚀后进行光固化复合树脂充填 ,然后用ZwickIz10 0型电子拉力实验机进行剪切实验。结果 激光处理组平均剪切黏结强度大于酸蚀处理组平均剪切黏结强度 ,证明用激光处理牙体后可提高光固化复合树脂材料的粘接力。结论 使用脉冲Nd :YAG激光处理牙本质后进行光固化复合树脂充填 ,光固化复合树脂充填体与牙本质的黏结强度远大于酸蚀处理 ,有利于充填成功 ,对临床有一定的实际应用意义
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of Nd:YAG laser radiation on the dental pulp and discuss the use of Nd:YAG laser in operative dentistry. Methods 10 extracted human bicuspid teeth were prepared cavity (44mm) and randomly divided into A and B groups 5 teeth for each. Group A was radiated by laser and sealed with Durfill. Group B was etched and sealed with Durfill and than was cut with an electronic pull tester type. Results The strength of laser treated group was more than that of etched which indicated that Durfill could be strengthened with laser treated. Conclusion Use of Nd: YAG filled the cavity with the Durfill after being treated with Nd, the strength of the Durfill sticking to the dental pulp was more than that was etched which was better for sealing and was applicable for clinic use.
