【摘要】 目的　探讨白内障成熟期超声乳化的手术要点。方法　 6 4例 (82眼 )成熟期白内障分为白核组 (Ⅱ～Ⅲ级核 ) 79眼 ,棕核组 (Ⅳ级核 ) 3眼。应用十字刻沟法并且应用低能量高负压原则的乳化劈核技术行超声乳化手术。结果　白核组平均乳化能量 15 2 2 % ,平均乳化时间 32 5s ;棕核组平均乳化能量 2 5 6 3% ,平均乳化时间 1min10s。术后裸眼视力≥ 0 5者 80眼 (97 6 % ) ,≥ 1 0者 4 0眼 (48 8% )。并发症主要为后囊膜破裂 3眼 ,术后角膜轻微水肿 1眼 ,前房渗出 2眼。结论　采用低能量高负压为原则的十字刻沟法能对各种硬度核进行乳化 ,并且具备时间短、安全性高 ,对眼造成损伤小等优点 ,是成熟期白内障超声乳化手术的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the key points of ultrasonic emulsification operation of mature cataract. Methods 64 cases (82 eyes) mature cataract patient were divided into white nuclear group (Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree) and brown nuclear group (Ⅳ degree). The emulsification was taken cross splitting method with low energy and high negative pressure. Results The average emulsification energy and time were 15.22% and 32.5 seconds in white group, the average energy and time were 25.63% and 70 seconds in brown group. The naked eyesight was ≥0.5 in 80 eyes and ≥1.0 in 40 eyes. The main complications were posterior sac membrane rupture (3 eyes), slightly cornea edema (1 eye) and exudation of anterior chamber (2 eyes). Conclusion This method might be available for varied hardness nuclear with short time, high safety and less injury. It could an effective method to treat cataract disease.更多还原
